We aimed to develop an energy-efficient industrial drying system that preserves the integrity of our products while complying with food safety standards.

We built from scratch a drying system inspired by grain dryers but designed with materials suitable for food production. We have welcomed three engineering students from ULB who worked on improving the efficiency of our drying system as part of their projects.

Thanks to the expertise of Charles-Henri Friberg, who contributed to the design and construction of the initial machines, along with the work of the students and their professor, Mr. Debaste, we have increased our productivity by 50% and identified technologies to integrate into our future process.

Strict quality control measures are implemented in the factory to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
